Sales and operations systems work

Systems projects are quoted in writing. We do not publish a price list for them because the work depends on your company size, how many advisors and dispatchers you have, what tools you already use and which system we start with.

What drives the scope:

  • Number of people to train. One owner-advisor is quicker than four advisors and two dispatchers.
  • Starting point. Repairing an existing membership plan is different from designing one.
  • Tools. Working inside a CRM or job software you already use is faster than building around spreadsheets, though both work.
  • Field testing. Ride-alongs, call reviews and a review after the first cold week add time and value.

You will see the scope, timeline and price in writing before anything starts.

Tax

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Sales tax is added based on your province: GST/HST based on your province (GST and QST in Quebec). As of October 2026, CRA rates are 5% GST in Alberta, BC, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut; 13% HST in Ontario; 14% HST in Nova Scotia; and 15% HST in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and PEI. Quebec clients pay 5% GST plus 9.975% QST. For shops in BC, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, provincial sales tax appears on an invoice only where it applies to the service itself. The CRA's rate page lists current rates.

How to choose

A simple way to decide where to spend first:

  1. If leads are thin, start with a marketing plan. Starter suits a single-location shop; Growth suits shops that want CRM integration and weekly reporting.
  2. If leads are fine but revenue is not, start with one systems project, usually quote follow-up or the comfort-advisor process.
  3. If both are weak, fix the system that wastes the most leads first, then add marketing. Paying for leads that go unanswered is the most expensive mistake in the business.

A quick test: if your booked-estimate rate is below half of your calls, or more than a third of your quotes have no follow-up, start with systems.

The full plan details are on HVAC.Agency's pricing page. For questions about contracts and ownership, see the FAQ, or call, text or email to get a written quote.

Frequently asked questions

Why isn't systems work priced on this page?

Because the scope varies a lot. A two-truck shop needing a follow-up cadence is a very different project from a multi-advisor company rebuilding its option sheets and dispatch rules. We quote each project in writing after a short look at your numbers.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

There is no lock-in. Terms for each engagement are confirmed in writing in your proposal, so you know exactly what you are agreeing to before work starts.

What does the 7-day free trial include?

During the trial week we audit your digital marketing, test how your website performs, analyse your SEO and benchmark you against local competitors. You will not be asked for a credit card.

How is tax charged?

Prices are in Canadian dollars, with GST/HST added based on your province (GST and QST in Quebec). In BC, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, PST is charged on top only where it applies to that particular service.
