The fastest way to reach us is a call or text to (604) 632-4959, or an email to Ali@Sedighi.ca. Texting is welcome; a short text is a great way to start, and we take it from there. Office hours run Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day.

Three ways to reach us
Call (604) 632-4959. Good if you want to talk it through now. If we cannot pick up, leave a short message with your name and company.
Text (604) 632-4959. Good during the season, when you are between calls yourself. Two lines are plenty.
Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Good if you want to send numbers or attachments, such as a sample option sheet or last season's quote list.
We also meet online by video call and in person. Tell us which you prefer.
What to include in your first message
You do not need to prepare a brief, but these details help us give you a useful first answer:
- your company name and the city or region you serve
- how many trucks, techs and advisors you have
- roughly how many furnace replacement quotes you wrote last month
- the part of the season that went worst last year (calls, visits, quotes, memberships or the schedule)
- the tools you use now: phone system, job software, CRM or spreadsheets
A template you can copy:
Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. We run [number] trucks and wrote about [number] furnace quotes last month. Our biggest problem is [one sentence]. Best time to reach me is [day/time].
What happens next
Here is the usual sequence after you get in touch:
- We reply, usually within one business day, with a few questions.
- A short conversation, by phone, video call or in person, about how calls, visits, quotes and memberships work in your shop.
- A written read. We tell you, in writing, which stage we think costs the most and what we would change first.
- A written quote for any systems work, or a plan recommendation if marketing is the real gap. Prices for plans are on the pricing page.
- The 7-day free trial, no credit card and no lock-in, if you decide to go ahead.
Before you call: a five-minute self-check
If you want to arrive with numbers, check these:
- How many calls came in last week, and how many were booked?
- How many replacement quotes are open right now, and how many have had a contact in the last 7 days?
- How many service calls last month ended with the membership being offered?
- How full is next week's schedule?
Even rough answers tell us where to look. The weekly owner scoreboard guide explains how to collect these numbers every week.
If you are not sure what to say
Keep it short and specific; we will ask the rest. A few openers owners have found easy to send, written as templates:
- "We booked [number] estimates last month but signed only [number]. Can you look at why?"
- "Our spring schedule is empty. We have [number] members on paper and no visit calendar."
- "Our dispatcher is new and winter is coming. Where should we start?"
If your question is about a specific system, the matching service page explains how we approach it, so you can point us straight to it. And if you would rather read before you write, the guides show the methods in full. Either way, there is no wrong way to start: one line, sent whenever it suits you, is enough for us to come back with sensible questions.
A note on who you'll hear from
You will hear from Ali Sedighi or the group's HVAC.Agency team, not a call centre. FurnaceBusiness.ca is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, headquartered in Vancouver, BC. We are a marketing and business consulting service, not a contractor, so if you are a homeowner looking for furnace repair, please contact a licensed heating company in your area.
We only send messages to people who contact us first. To learn more about us before getting in touch, see the about page, the services we offer, or the FAQ.
Frequently asked questions
What are your hours?
Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. A text you send on a Saturday night during a cold snap is waiting for us first thing on the next working morning.
Is texting really fine for a first contact?
Yes. (604) 632-4959 receives texts, and many owners prefer it during the season. Send two lines about your company and what is going wrong, and we take it from there.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. We meet online by video call and in person, as well as by phone, text and email. Tell us which you prefer when you get in touch.
What happens after we reach out?
We reply, ask a few questions about your shop, and suggest a short conversation. After that, you get a written summary of where we think the biggest leak is and what we would do first.
